We will not collect sensitive personal data including government identification numbers, facial biometric information, payment card CVV security codes, bank routing numbers or real-time GPS location data without explicit proactive submission by the customer.
We only use collected personal data for core business purposes including order picking and quality inspection, cross-border shipping carrier recipient notification, payment transaction fraud verification, after-sales return-refund eligibility review and targeted order delivery follow-up, and will not use user data for unauthorized targeted marketing, third-party advertising delivery, user profiling or commercial data mining without separate opt-in written user consent submitted on our website.
We will only share necessary user shipping and order information with contracted third-party logistics providers and PCI DSS compliant global payment processors to complete order delivery and fund settlement, and we will never sell, rent, trade or disclose user personal information to irrelevant marketing agencies, brand affiliate partners or independent data brokers under any circumstances.
We store user order-related personal data for 24 months after full order closure to cover extended 60-day return liability windows and regulatory audit requirements, and automatically clear anonymous non-essential browsing data within 90 days after user’s last website visit with no residual tracking retained.
Users may submit requests to view, correct, restrict third-party usage or request permanent deletion of their personal stored information through official customer service channels, and we will respond to all valid requests within 30 calendar days with written confirmation sent via registered service email.
