All return and refund services follow unified global standards with no regional exceptions for all customer locations worldwide, with all refund funds issued exclusively in United States Dollar matching the original checkout payment currency, and no currency fluctuation compensation will be provided for exchange rate differences between payment and refund dates.
Customers are entitled to initiate return applications for eligible unused, unopened and fully sealed products within 60 calendar days counted strictly from the confirmed delivery timestamp logged by the cross-border logistics carrier, not the date the customer collects or opens the parcel; return requests submitted even one day beyond this fixed window will be automatically rejected with no discretionary exceptions for personal travel delays, missed parcel notifications or delayed mailbox collection.
Products that have broken factory tamper seals, torn outer retail packaging, scratched product casings, residual cosmetic stains or obvious signs of human use are permanently ineligible for returns due to international cosmetic hygiene and public health regulations, including opened lipsticks, lip glosses, mascara, liquid eyeliners, single-use sheet masks with torn foil packaging and pre-opened skincare ampoules.
Once we receive, conduct visual and structural inspection of returned merchandise at our sorting facility and confirm full return eligibility, all approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 calendar business days. This refund timeline explicitly excludes non-operational periods including international bank holidays, cross-border payment gateway scheduled maintenance, anti-fraud transaction reviews and interbank settlement delays that are entirely beyond our operational control.
Customers are solely responsible for covering inbound return shipping fees, destination country import duties, value-added taxes and customs clearance fines incurred during return delivery, while we bear all refund-related inbound logistics and customs costs for cases caused by our direct operational errors such as incorrect SKU shipment, factory defective inventory, mismatched shade variants or shipping damage caused by our outbound packaging failure.
Partial refunds for multi-item consolidated orders are fully allowed, and partial refund approval will not affect independent return eligibility for other unused, sealed items within the original 60-day return window.
We do not offer direct product exchanges, store credit substitutions, gift card rollovers or partial shipping refunds; all valid refunds will be routed back to the customer’s original payment method used at checkout with no alternate refund pathways permitted.
