Shipping Policy

Every fully paid order undergoes standard internal processing including inventory validation, cosmetic compliance review, anti-leakage protective packaging, customs declaration documentation filing and handover to designated international logistics carriers within 1 to 3 business days, where business days exclude weekends and official Korean national public holidays with no exceptions for holiday order surges or promotional traffic spikes.
We do not provide priority processing, expedited shipping, accelerated customs clearance or any upgraded fast delivery services under any circumstances, and we maintain identical processing lead times for all customer accounts regardless of order value or purchase frequency.
We offer permanent worldwide free standard shipping covering all outbound transportation fees, carrier fuel surcharges and standard export declaration fees for every retail order placed on the site, with no minimum order spend requirements, no remote territory surcharges and no hidden handling fees applied to any global shipping address including remote islands, polar territories and landlocked nations.
After carrier handover, all outbound parcels across every global destination follow a single unified estimated transit timeline of 6 to 12 calendar days, which covers every stage of cross-border logistics including international ocean or air transit, automated destination customs screening, regional courier sorting and final residential delivery, and we do not publish separate delivery estimates for different continents or regional zones.
Standard protective packaging is applied to liquid skincare, fragile glass containers and powdery makeup items to mitigate transit damage, though minor surface scuffs on outer retail packaging from routine logistics handling are not classified as shipping damage eligible for compensation.
Delivery delays falling outside the 6-12 day window may stem from non-manageable factors such as random customs physical inspections, temporary border logistics suspensions, severe transoceanic weather disruptions and systemic carrier capacity shortages, all of which qualify as force majeure events that waive our liability for delivery delays.
In cases where logistics carriers formally confirm permanent parcel loss after internal investigation, customers may choose either complimentary identical item re-shipment following standard shipping timelines or a full USD refund without mandatory product return.
If carrier tracking records confirm successful delivery to the submitted shipping address, we will dismiss all non-receipt claims without further review, as official carrier delivery records serve as conclusive proof of order fulfillment.
